A train arrival is a useful starting point for a Vizag trip, but the rental needs a little planning of its own. Decide which vehicle you want, bring the original documents and agree a rental start time that leaves room for getting off the train and reaching our location.
Janatha Riders is at Kalyan Estates on Railway Station Road, Dwaraka Nagar. Use our address and map pin when planning the journey from Visakhapatnam Railway Station; the street name alone does not identify the building. Arrange your visit directly with us rather than expecting a rental handover at the station.
Book around your arrival, not just the timetable
Before travelling, send your preferred vehicle, rental dates and expected arrival time. Activa, Dio, Yamaha Fascino, Yamaha FZ and Pulsar are the listed options. Availability for a particular date needs confirmation; sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle automatically.

Each rental day is 24 hours from the rental start time. Fuel is your responsibility; confirm vehicle availability before booking.
Choose a Scooty or motorcycle that suits your riding experience, rather than making the choice only on price. If you have not used the model before, allow time to check its controls before setting off.
Leave a gap between the train's scheduled arrival and your proposed rental start. If the train is delayed, contact us to discuss the booking before assuming the agreed arrangements can stay the same. Confirm the visit time with us; a train arriving early in the morning does not establish rental opening hours.
Getting from the station to our location
Save our location on Google Maps before you travel. The address is No. 5, 3rd Floor, Door No. 46-22/44/19, Kalyan Estates, Railway Station Road, opposite the DRM Office, beside Best Western Plus, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam 530016.
After leaving the station, check directions from your actual exit. Choose a local transfer that works for your luggage and the current route. We do not quote a fixed walking time or transfer fare here: the exit, traffic and your bags can change what is practical.

Keep documents accessible and plan for your bags
Bring original hard copies of your Aadhaar card and driving licence. PAN cards are not accepted. An original document is held as the deposit; confirm which document and the return arrangement before the rental starts. The rental amount is paid for the agreed rental period.
Keep those documents where you can reach them without unpacking all your luggage. If you are travelling with other people, agree who will ride and confirm the document requirements for the intended rider directly with us.
A suitcase is a separate transport problem from choosing a rental bike. Do not assume it will fit under a Scooty seat, that luggage storage is available at our location, or that it can safely be carried on the vehicle. Arrange your bags with your accommodation or another confirmed service before planning to ride around the city.
Check the vehicle and agree the clock
A rental day is 24 hours from the time you take the vehicle. For example, a rental starting at 10 am has its 24-hour point at 10 am the following day. Agree the actual start and return time with us, including the rental amount for the period you need.
Helmets are provided. You arrange and pay for your own fuel. Before leaving, check the lights, indicators, mirrors, tyres and brakes with the team, discuss existing marks and make sure you are comfortable with the controls. Ask about the fuel already in the vehicle and plan your first fuel stop accordingly.
If you have had little sleep on the train, take a break before riding. A flexible first day works better than immediately trying to cover every attraction. A coastal day around RK Beach, Kailasagiri and Rushikonda can be shortened to suit the weather, your energy and the agreed return time.
Work backwards from your return train
Your rental return and train departure are two separate appointments. Leave time to reach the agreed rental return location, complete the vehicle and document handover, and then travel to the station. Confirm the return arrangement before the rental begins.
Do not use the train's departure time as the rental deadline. Late vehicle returns are chargeable; ask about the applicable charge in advance. If your plans change, contact us rather than assuming an extension is available.
When your train dates are settled, use the rental enquiry form with your preferred model and rental dates. Include the expected train arrival time in your conversation so the visit can be agreed properly.
